Karyne Morris is a producer, entrepreneur, and luxury real estate broker whose career spans more than three decades at the intersection of business development, investment strategy, and creative production. She is the Founder and Managing Member of ACTA Media Group, a film and television production company focused on developing commercially viable projects and building strategic partnerships between creators, investors, and distribution platforms. She is also the Founder of KB Morris Luxury Group, a boutique brokerage and advisory firm specializing in luxury residential and commercial real estate transactions and development opportunities.

A longtime Las Vegas business leader, Karyne has earned a reputation for navigating complex transactions and connecting high-value opportunities with the right partners. Through her work in luxury real estate and development consulting, she has advised investors, developers, and high-net-worth clients on strategic acquisitions, development land, and large-scale real estate opportunities throughout Southern Nevada and beyond.

Building on her background in capital relationships, negotiation, and venture strategy, Karyne expanded into the entertainment industry where she focuses on producing and developing film and television properties while helping structure financing pathways and strategic partnerships. Her producing slate includes multiple scripted projects currently in development, including Ward 8, Minh, and additional film and television properties.

Karyne is actively engaged in the global entertainment community through organizations including Sundance Collab, Women in Film, and the American Pavilion at the Cannes Film Festival, where she continues to cultivate international partnerships and support emerging storytellers.

Known for her entrepreneurial leadership and relationship-driven approach, Karyne brings a rare combination of business acumen, creative vision, and strategic dealmaking to the ventures she leads across both the entertainment and investment sectors.

A talented filmmaker, photographer, and producer, Carole Joyce is a Board Member of the 501(c)3 non-profit From the Heart Productions, and Director of the Roy W. Dean Grant, of which she has been an integral part of for over 20 years. Carole is also the CEO of Authentic Vision Consulting, a consulting firm specializing in independent film production and financing. 

A graduate of Brooks Institute of Photography, Carole is an award-winning filmmaker for her documentary Survivors. Carole served as Executive Producer for the award-winning short film Stairway to the Stars starring Sean Young and as LA Line Producer for Wheels of Heaven with Mickey Rourke. Carole produced the short film Living UnDone, which won the Grand Jury Award at the Ethos Film Festival and Best Short Documentary for the Paris Film Festival. Carole also serves as an Advisor for the Authentic Global Film Festival and a Judge for the Ethos Film Festival. 

Scott Barnhill’s presence in the modeling world is iconic. As one of the American models who shaped the fashion industry in the 90s, Scott quickly rose to prominence, winning VH1’s Male Model of the Year, an accolade that confirmed his place among the industry’s elite. Throughout his career, he has fronted campaigns for luxury brands like Versace, Yves Saint Laurent, Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger, and Jean Paul Gaultier, and has been featured on the cover of Italian Vogue and other magazines. Scott’s recent work with Zara, Brunello Cucinelli, and Willy Chavarria, as well as editorials with Flaunt, Arena Homme +, and Dust Magazine, reflects his continued influence in fashion.

Today, Scott’s journey has taken a new creative direction as he leads the band Scott and the 1015. Channeling his life experiences and artistic insights, Scott brings a fresh perspective to melodic rock. His music resonates with an 80s influence, blending atmospheric melodies with guitar-driven energy that feels both nostalgic and new.

This is a one-night-only event and will inspire and provide hope for those looking to find or build their own community.
